✅ The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

⛔ Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (due to health and safety regulations).

  • Digital products or gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days with:
📸 Photos/videos of the item and packaging.
📦 Order number for verification.
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

2️⃣ We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
3️⃣ Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations
