Thank you for shopping with Easemode! We're committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. Since we use Lulu to print and ship our journals, shipping times and rates may differ from those of traditional retailers. Below is everything you need to know about shipping your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time of payment.

  • Once processing has begun, we cannot change or cancel your order.

  • Your order will be printed and shipped directly from Lulu's facilities.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Lulu ships to locations worldwide, and delivery times vary by region. Estimated delivery times based on your location are:

  • UK & Europe: 3-7 business days

  • USA: 3-7 business days

  • Canada: 3-7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3-7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5-10 business days

 Delays: Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery address.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking updates to appear.

  • If tracking does not update after this period, please reach out to us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days (UK/EU) or 45 business days (international orders), please contact us.

  • If tracking shows "delivered," but you have not received your package, please check with your local courier or neighbours first, and then contact us if needed.

7. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • We are not responsible for reshipping or offering refunds if the address provided is incorrect.

  • If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped.
